A customer appointed Dynapumps to design and engineer a tailored Fire Water System for a mining project. The system utilises ISO-PRO pumps, motors, and a radiator-cooled diesel engine to meet the required duty point of 40L/s at 1000kPa.

The pipework and valves are grooved throughout for ease of installation and maintenance. Also Wash Down pump is mounted on the same base frame and utilises the same pipe network.

Provided is a test line for the system for commissioning and maintenance purposes. Given the size of the structure, Dynapumps have fabricated two separate base frames, one for the suction and test pipework and the other to support the pump skids. The system also includes a sunshade that rests over the pumps to provide shelter during poor weather or intense heat.

Electrically, Dynapumps will design, wire, and install the Diesel Control Panel, with the Electrical Control Panel supplied by a third party to conform with AS61439.
