Strip and Assessment
Our team of experienced fitters is capable of repairing all makes and models of pumps at our service and repair facilities. We prepare a Job Safety Analysis report for your approval before commencing any work. During maintenance, we utilise a standard checklist and will send you a copy of the report for your records.

Paint, preservation, and anti-corrosion coatings are essential for pumps in harsh environments, especially within the resource and energy sectors. We offer in-house paint services with experienced technicians who use quality corrosion protection products, ensuring your equipment lasts longer under challenging conditions.
Toyota (TSSC) partnership
The Toyota Production System is a manufacturing philosophy that Dynapumps has adopted in our production process. Since 2018, Dynapumps have partnered with the Toyota Production System Support Centre (TSSC) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and foster a safe, productive work environment.

On-site Pump Audits
Dynapumps’ technicians and engineers conduct thorough audits of fluid systems, including pumps and pipework. Using in-field measurements and existing design reviews, we identify issues and potential improvements. Our services also include foundation integrity checks, enhancing safety, uptime, and cost-effectiveness.
Mechanical Seal Upgrades
We specialises in mechanical seal refurbishment, restoring seals to like-new condition while offering cost-effective alternatives. Dynapumps serves all makes and types of mechanical seals, utilising advanced machinery for machining, grinding, and lapping a range of materials, including silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, and carbon.
20-tonne Lifting Capacity
In addition to offering workshop electrical and service capabilities, we provide in-house lifting for all models and types of pumping systems. Our facilities have a 20-ton lifting capacity, which allows us to deliver comprehensive maintenance and repair services for large, complex pump equipment.

Predictive Maintenance
We specialise in predictive maintenance, assessing equipment to determine optimal maintenance timing. We can help create a schedule to anticipate downtime and act proactively for each machine to improve reliability, extend plant life, and reduce risks from outdated practices. We also offer audits and spare parts management.
In-house Testing Facilities
We offer in-house performance testing that meets Australian and international standards using our advanced testing facilities. Our non-destructive testing is conducted at certified laboratories overseen by qualified NATA inspectors, ensuring precise results. Additionally, we provide risk report certification from reputable organisations.
