The Dynapumps Service team has successfully restored a Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump system with manifolds for an Iron Ore mining operation. The team conducted a comprehensive strip and assessment of the system, focusing on specific inspection points and tolerances. They used a rebuild kit to descale the full internal componentry and re-balance the impeller and shaft. They also reconstructed, machined, and refaced the port plates and housing. The manifolds were full of build-up, so the team carried out extensive internal cleaning, descaling, and blasting, with the welds and flanges inspected.

In addition to the restoration work, the team is exploring future options for in-house manufacturing with its fabrication and engineering team.
