As part of a $3m upgrade at a prestigious holiday estate, Dynapumps NSW was assigned to provide a new air blower package to replace an existing Sutorbilt 4MP ‘Lobe’ blower. The client needed a system that would meet with council requirements, as well as being low in noise emission.

The NSW team supplied a 2 x Dynavac 22kW high-pressure 3RB Side Channel Blowers on a skid with independent variable speed drives controlled from a panel. Delivery capacity for each blower range 150 - 550 m³/h at a discharge pressure of 3m wg.

The installation was successful and the air blower system is running to customer’s satisfaction. The current range of Dynavac high-pressure Side Channel Blowers is ideal for commercial-scale water treatment systems. Compared with the notoriously noisy ‘Lobe’ type blowers traditionally used in commercial operations, Dynapumps can offer similar discharge pressure capabilities at a much lower noise level. Our solution is cost effective and eliminates the requirement for a sound attenuated blower enclosure.
