Dynapumps expands presence at Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition 2011

News

Dynapumps was a proud participant in 2011’s Australasian Oil & Gas Expo, which was the biggest oil and gas exhibition ever staged in the country with more than 450 exhibitors from some 22 nations taking part. The exhibition opened on Wednesday February 23rd and ran for three days.

This year, Dynapumps’ presence at the exhibition extended beyond our typical exhibition space display. Our TXAM Solar Powered Chemical Injection Pumps were chosen for inclusion within the Innovation Zone and in addition, Dynapumps were invited to host our technical training seminar, ‘API 610 Centrifugal Pumps for Low Flow Applications’ in conjunction with supplier Finder Pompe.

The Innovation Zone, which was featured in The West Australian in the week prior was located just inside the entrance of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and was a showcase of new products and technology from organisations selected as pioneers within the industry. The solar pumps chosen for inclusion produce the highest pressures and highest volumes with least amount of energy consumption.  TXAM has designed, produced, field tested and patented an electronic control system for chemical injection.

Our technical training seminar, held twice to allow for all interested clients and AOG delegates to attend, was lead by FINDER Pompe group’s General Manager, Ilario Sacchi. Ilario, whom travelled from Italy for the AOG Expo, discussed from both a theoretical and practical standpoint the use of API 610 process centrifugal pumps in low flow applications, including their limits and partial emission pumps. This informative seminar had previously been presented on request to industry engineers and managers in Saudi Arabia and was as well received in Perth as it was in the Middle East.

Illustrative of the continuing growth of Western Australia's petroleum industry, the 2011 Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference posted record visitor and exhibitor attendance figures for the third year running.
